Antique Oak Bed - re-imagined

One way to utilize a bed, is to make it into a functional day bed.  Our client needed an additional sleeping space for guests but lacked a guest room or space for a full-sized bed.  We redesigned a beautiful headboard and footboard, which now serves as a cozy conversation area in the client's main living space.  Using the client's current décor as inspiration, we customized the piece further by insetting stone and wire Tree of Life sculptures. This comfortable bench easily converts to a queen size bed when hosting guests.  Additionally, all the components fit neatly inside and there's even space for the bed linens!
